Hi all. Is there API or SOMETHING that I can call or look at that will tell me if windows has finished "Loading". i.e. all the programs that windows has to load have finshed loading etc. etc. I guess I can look at the CPU usage, but not sure how good thisis. What if one of the programs being loaded is a CPU hog because the machine is a bit of a dog etc.
Anyone got any ideas? Jeremy
