Embarcadero have the forums still (with TeamB there). Blaise Magazine is an online/subscription magazine. Which is available in three languages now.
The Help is continuing to improve, if you find an area lacking, add a report into QC. I'm pretty sure David Clegg wrote an addin to search google from within the IDE back for BDS 2006.
