Hi Todd, Client local drives can be accessed from a Terminal Services/Citrix connection so long as the user has allowed access to them. They appear as mapped drives. If the user hasn't allowed access then that is their problem!
Sounds like it would work and isn't something I considered - thanks for suggesting it. Nonetheless I'm tempted to try a standalone third party solution first because then it will work on all customer computers with just our EXE and nothing else installed.
