I think it is fair to say that the people who have already "bought it" (subscription) can be disappointed. The others have the choice not to buy it.

Can you give some examples of why it is a step backwards from what the current integrations offer? I'd suggest a few things here: 1) Don't knock it until you've tried it 2) Who said the other integrations don't still work 3) The integration uses new API's that were not previously available 4) The integration lays the stepping stones for integrating other VCS systems 5) Not eveyone uses SVN 6) The integration is going to be open sourced - which makes step 4 even more interesting 7) For some reason many developers are scared about using third party add-ins (and components) Not every feature is valued the same by every user. If it doesn't offer value, don't buy it. That is the best message you could send to them (Embarcadero). _______________________________________________ NZ Borland Developers Group - Delphi mailing list Post: delphi@delphi.org.nz Admin: http://delphi.org.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi Unsubscribe: send an email to delphi-requ...@delphi.org.nz with Subject: unsubscribe _______________________________________________ NZ Borland Developers Group - Delphi mailing list Post: delphi@delphi.org.nz Admin: http://delphi.org.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi Unsubscribe: send an email to delphi-requ...@delphi.org.nz with Subject: unsubscribe
