The correct spot being? (that was my question! - there looks to be rules I did not know about. )
Form inheritance - not applicable so much in this case, as the set of labels and edit boxes vary totally from case to case. I just got tired of the repetitive task of creating large sets of these one by one and aligning them - this program also does alignment. Also I might want to drop this onto an existing form. Label font different from edit font - these are taken from a template, so that is one of the options - color and style also can differ.
