focused on developing multi-tiered software systems, delivering
training courses, and worked on a number of projects in a QA capacity,
writing test scripts for automated functional testing and performance

*Jolyon Smith*- Senior Developer at Flow Software. He was responsible
for establishing the formal software development processes used within
Flow and is architect and lead developer of the next generation Flow
3.0 platform, using Delphi. He previously worked for Softtech NZ, and
before that was a freelance consultant and developer for almost 10
years in the UK, specialising in complex Delphi projects for clients
such as Powergen and GlaxoSmithkline.
