Hi All,
I'm trying to debug a D7 CGI engine on my WinXP HE box.
HE doesn't support IIS, but I want IIS for other reasons, so
I downloaded the MS Cassini web server, which is supposed
to be the IIS equivalent for XP HE.
After installing it, it found a conflict on port 80, thinking that there is another web server running on 80. But I haven't installed another server, just Cassini, so something is funny.
So I changed the spec to port 1880, but same problem; it thinks
there is already a server on 1880.
So I tried 2000, 3000, 3745, and got the same message; Cassini
thinks that some web server is already running on any port I
try.
Does anyone understand what's happening here? What should I do to get Cassini working on XP HE?

Can anyone tell me why port 80 has a conflict, and how I can
find what server is listening on 80?
