I'm moving all my Delphi Internet project from a Windows NT computer to a Windows 2000 machine. One project produces .JPG pictures. The same executable gives a different picture on both machines. Anybody who knows why the Windows 2000 makes such a grainy picture?
You never set the pixel format, so it may be defaulting to a 16-colour image on Windows 2000 (which is what it looks like). The "grainy picture" you see is a pattern used to approximate colours in images with a limited number of colours available. Try setting the PixelFormat property to pf32bit or something similar.
