Note however that the Microsoft constants will work only if they are declared in the ShallObj unit(but the raw integer value will in any case).
There's nothing special about the ShlObj unit. You can declare constants anywhere; they don't need to be in a specific unit to work. Please do not just use the raw integer. Always use the named constant, even if you have to declare it yourself.
