Is there a way in Delphi to alter the image in Windows, before it goes through to the Video Card. Similar to the dpi settings in Windows display properties? Basically I want to write a little utility that will shorten the width of everything in Windows. So that when it gets displayed on a screen with rectangular pixels, everything will look correct.
