Two questions:
1)
I received a free CD from the German C't computer magazine with Delphi 2005
Personal on it and installed it without problems apart from the
documentation. I'd much prefer to have an English version, since that's my
native language. I don't need the additional features in the Professional
version. Can someone point out a URL where one might be obtained at
reasonable cost?
2)
The CD which I received has Update 1 built-in. I see from the Borland BDN
web site that Update 3 is available for the Professional and higher
versions. Are there bug fixes in them which should also be applied to the
Personal version, and if so, can the Professional updates 2 & 3 be applied
to the Personal version with Update 1 already installed?
