This is a completely new area for me so please bear with me. <g>
I'm looking to find a way to open a copy of Microsoft Word inside a
Delphi program, and on a TFrame if possible or at least within the confines
of a TForm.
I need it to display just as it does when the application starts
normally, displaying it's toolbars and menu items and with it's options set
as normally used, and pass it a filename so that it is opened inside it as
well.
Finally, I need to be able to check some event or message so that
whether the user saves it out to a file or not, I can provide a dialog
asking if they would like to store it as a blob file.
I've seen this done before but have no idea how it was done, but I
figure it may require one of the Microsoft server components. Is this
possible? F so can anyone direct me to some good information on the
subject?
