Have you tried uninstalling and then installing only Delphi? The reason I
ask is that I've heard of some problems with Madexcept and the lower
versions of Delphi.

Subject: IDE Error: Unable to Create Process - Access is denied.

Hi Folks,
I have just started receiving this error with Delphi 5.0 and am unable to
compile event the simplest of programs (e.g., button on form).

This arose after I tried to compile a project that had been previously
developed on a computer with the MadException Utilites installed (it was not
installed on the computer now causing the problem).

The final step in the MadException dump is
 520b1fd6 +336 CorIde50.bpl Debug TDebugger.DBKError

Any ideas? Uninstalling of both MadExcption utilities and Delphi, with
reinstallations have not helped.

Cheers,
Ernie Cosgrove
