My 2cs worth. have a look at CGIExpert http://www.gexperts.org/  This
set of components allow normal Delphi debugging of your web site. From
opening a new project to having a web page with a table displayed takes
about 60 seconds. On the other hand you can write a loop to create each
line of HTML to display the table, give total flexibility. I have used
these components for three years and love them.
