Your application shouldn't need to look at the DateUtils.dcu at runtime.
Or are you saying that you cannot compile your applciation anymore?

I hope you're not having a general disk error...
On the other hand, if it's just a corrupt .dcu file, you could try to
rename DateUtils.dcu to DateUtils.dcu_ (don't just delete it, you never
know) and see if the compiler can use the DateUtils.pas file (from the
Source\Rtl\Common subdirectory) to reproduce the .dcu file for you...
