Nope! Not unless you know how to reverse engineer a dcu file! This has been the way of Delphi since I can remember! I don't know if there was EVER two versions that could make use of the same dcu's. That's the main reason I always bought source with any components because usually they'll be good for a version or two and I don't need to pay for new ones that are merely recompiled for me!

Hi Robert, my application is a Win32 application, so I can't see why it needs to be recompiled? the whole reason for trying to use the dcu file is because I can't recompile the source file under D9, since I don't have all the components that were used in the D3 file... Surely there's a way to do this??????? Cheers, Chris. _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list -> [email protected] http://www.elists.org/mailman/listinfo/delphi _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list -> [email protected] http://www.elists.org/mailman/listinfo/delphi
