Just set focus to the Tool Palette (by clicking on it or by using the 
shortcut) and start typing the name of the component you want. The list 
gets filtered to show only the matching names. You can drop the leading 
T from the name if you want. You can select the component with the arrow 
keys and the Enter key, or you can click with the mouse.

To cancel the filter, either pres Esc or click the filter button on the 
Tool Palette's toolbar.
