I would like to parse an MS Word document containing a check-box style
multiple-choice questionnaire in order to produce an electronic questionnaire
automatically containing a back-end answer storage structure that can be
written to a text file. For example, if the Word document contains the
following two questions:
1. How would you rate your feelings today as compared to yesterday?
A. Resolutely Better
B. Somewhat Better
C. Unchanged
D. Somewhat Worse
E. Resolutely Worse
2. How would you rate the dependence of your mood on the weather from one day
to the next?
A. Highly Dependent
B. Moderately Dependent
C. Small but Perceptible Dependence
D. Independent
I would like to parse the document automatically into two questions and map the
format of the question to a GUI such that:
The question is a static label and the answer options form a vertical list of
check boxes with multi-line text attached into which the answer text for each
would be placed.
