Hi guys, I'm using ListView in my program. I load data from the 100kB file in. My problem is this process is extremelly slow takes 2-3 minutes, sometimes fast (few seconds). I cannot find the reason. May I ask for the help how to do always fast Load procedure into ListView grid?
