Haven't you asked this before? If not you then some else with the same ReturnToTop property idea.
Set the select start to 0 and the select length to 0 and that puts the caret before the first character. That should work and if not the set the scrollbar position to 0. Both of those may need the memo invalidate call after setting to get an update.
