Which version of Delphi? This is easier with some of the older versions than with BDS 2006.
Also, would simply "Ghost"ing your clean OS install be a suitable solution? Another possibility to consider would be VMWare...we have several clean images sitting around including one with Delphi 5. To go back to an "uncontaminated" OS install, you just go back to the original image file.
