Subject: Model maker Explorer hints in Delphi

As I understand it, the Model maker Explorer that I've been demo-ing
was created with Delphi. Does anyone know how they make the persistent
long
hints that appear and stay visible for as long as the mouse pointer is
over
the hint activation target? In their Properties/Options dialog they use
this to great advantage by showing small help bmps that generate very
useful
hints of this type when the mouse hovers over them and I'd like to add
something like this to my projects.
