The "shield" over my icons is an indication for the user that my 
application will require more privileges. If they double-click my 
"setup.exe" they'll get an "UAC" dialog, so it's probably a good thing 
to have in the first place. As I understand *any* application with the 
name "setup.exe" will get the shield. I decided to commission new icons, 
so the shield doesn't obstruct the relevant parts of the icons.
