I made Delphi 2006 to start without .Net at all. It takes only 5 seconds to start on my 4 years old computer (Athlon XP 1800+) !!!!!!!!!!!!!! But there is still a problem: when I try to compile and run a program FOR THE FIRST TIME it tries to start the installer and to install something. After pressing 'Cancel' three times (to cancel that installer window) everything works fine until I restart the IDE.
