Hi Ross,

Well considering CodeGear don't provide converted headers for every
API in windows (before Vista) I don't think you should have expected
it to be done.

I would post to the jedi groups. I'm sure the folks there will happily
provide the converted API for you. Especially if you offer them a
couple of dollars to do it.
