I have discovered its part of the TMSSoftware component pack.
It's really very nice - just drop the control onto your form and you can
generate formatted hints with images, background colours etc...

I am also interested in modifying the hints.
I believe that the users are too lazy to read the manual, so I put as many
info as possible in hints.
For the moment I am using a very simple (IDE) hint editor to break the hints
on multiple lines.

What are these 'HTMLHints'?
