OwnerDraw looks interesting, but ...

I would like the menu bar at the top of the form to have a larger 
font. The bar currently only have two items and they are nearly 
invisible with standard font.

Can OwnerDraw help on that ?
Or should I venture into some 3rd party add-on?

Unfortunately, I really do not have the time to learn how to 
invent/write components of my own right now :-(
I would like to, though.
