I had the same thing happen once after several years.  I found some
instructions after an internet search that suggested deleting a file named
registry.slm from the folder \Documents and Settings\username\.Borland.

You may be better to rename it.  It worked for me and the file was
recreated.

I have been running this version for about 5 years and have never seen 
anything about licenses!!
