I don't see any smiley in your message so there is no indication if you
are joking. I sure hope so!
In case you are not joking, and in case someone reads this a believes
it, I must say the road map promises no such thing! In fact, no road map
contains any actual promises whatsoever.
The Chromium project is, indeed, focussed on improving quality, and the
obvious goal of such as effort would be to eliminate all known problems,
but "ALL known issues ever"??? Please!
