Unfortimately, choosing "Large Fonts" or "Extra Large Fonts" resets ALL
the individual font choices in Desktop Appearance ... which I had
already customized to be larger than extra large.
Also, it seems that Delphi does not obey all of the font preferences set
in Windows. This is a common failing among Windows applications,
unfortunately.
Anyone else have any ideas (other than getting a new set of eyes)?

I know I can change the font and its side for the edit window in the
Delphi 2010 RAD Studio, but is there any way to change the font and/or
its size in the other panels of the IDE? In the help file display?
The size of the displayed characters seems a lot smaller than it was in
Delphi 7, and I'm having to use the magnifier to read things ...
And, no, I would rather not change the screen resolution ... having a 1
to 1 mapping between logical and physical pixels gives a much sharper
display.
