We tried to scrub everything off to clear out a problem we were having
with a third party component set install. So it now asks for the
password again and refuses the one we enter !
No 0 or o s unfortunately (I wish it was that simple)

There are some license files under your profile .borland folder. You
could delete those and try again (or copy them somewhere else). Perhaps
bring up the license manager and see what you can do.
Are you sure you keyed it right? It was a "O" not a "0"? etc

Installed D2007 on a laptop yesterday. Had to uninstall it because of
3rd party component install issues. When I try to reinstall I get
'Invalid serial number' when entering the same license code.
