We have an unexpected delay between projects which means we have a developer spare for a few months. Does anyone have any Delphi projects which they are short of good developer resources for? Our normal development rates are in the region of $150 per hour but in this instance we would be happy to go below $100 per hour. This is a senior developer with 4 years experience who is familiar with Delphi, SQL Server, DeveloperExpress, ReportBuilder, GLScene and a fairly typical selection of other development tools.
