I trialled CrossOver a couple of years ago and was quite happy with its results. It worked well with my (single user, standalone) Delphi app. It also worked with quite a few commercial apps like MYOB and MS Office. That was a few years ago so I guess compatibility would be even better now.
I would give Ross's suggestion a go. Google CrossOver and download a trial version and see if it meets your needs.
