The major issue we had with TWebBrowser was the error message ..."Navigation to web page cancelled" when our users selected a PDF file on their own computer to view. This was a bit startling for them and the solution was to reset their IE settings, which was more so. There is also the issue of being at the whim of MS deleting the resources from future windows versions.
