Hi Tony If you have an investment in legacy code for Windows apps, you could look at using Delphi to provide the business logic and something like TurboCocoa to bridge to the native Android/iOS/MacOS user interface.
We have successfully ported across a Delphi 4 Win app to run natively under Mac OS X, achieving about 80% code reuse.
