If you’re using BDE check the BDE administrator app in Control Panel and make sure under Configuration->System->Formats->Date that the SEPARATOR value is correct. Then make sure that you have the correct date format in Windows Control Panel-> Regional and Language that the date format is correct. You need both of these set to the same separator value to work correctly.
