yip seen this before.
We ended up using a tool that is in the bin folder of the delphi
installation called tregsvr.exe, mine is in C:\Program Files
(x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\21.0\bin.
>From memory you use is the same as regsvr32, but this fixed the issues we
had when your situation happened.
