Regarding the debug map file. I have now ensured that the map file and the executable are of the same pedegree. I have located in the map file the program unit in which the error occurs and I have located the procedure in that unit in which the error occurs. I now should be able to go to the Line Numbers section of the map file to find the exact line number causing the error. BUT The line number section of the map file appears to be incomplete. The only program units for which a line number section is present are those relating to QuickReports. None of the other units have a line number section present.
Does anyone know if there is some switch that has to be "on" for this map file section to be generated? Is there some other reason that would cause the majority of this section to be missing?
