Probably just the way Outlook Express presents them
to you. Your message below was shown with the attachment indicator, but no
attachment. It's simply the way the message is partitioned in several sections,
and the way it's displayed. If you look at the source you should be able to
figure out whether there should be an attachment but it's been removed (eg a
real or false-positive virus, or site restriction) or whether it's just your
mail reader getting confused.
The ATT thingies that appear as attachments result
when people using Outlook quote messages written in Outlook Express, or
something like that. I forget the details of why that occurs, but it's pretty
harmless.
