Localization for Delphi apps
Hi All,
I’ve been asked to look into
how we’re going to convert our application to handle another language
– i.e. localize it for another language (and maybe other languages down
track). I could write a parser to extract all captions, labels, hints, etc. and
then prepare it in a file to send to the translators. However, I don’t
want to roll my own if there’s something already available that works
well.
Has anyone used Borland’s
Integrated Translation Environment for Delphi? Pros / cons?
Any 3rd party tools people
recommend?
Our app has maybe 20 forms and a few
report builder reports.
Any advice appreciated.
Regards,
Dave Jollie
