I think regardless of how many developers they have it is impossible. I think there is something like a 1-2mth leadup to manufacturing bulk cds (going gold or some such). Could be wrong but I think it would be impossible to find a bug, fix it, regression test the entire product, then get it to a manufactured point in 2-3 weeks.
