For those who may be interested, there is a seminar
that Borland is running - focused on agile development. He wrote the book on
Feature Driven Development which is a very interesting book - it is a step away
from the radical XP approach that managers are so uncomfortable (due to lack of
time frame or cost limits) - he should be well worth listening
to.
