I had an overseas subscription to DI for many years and had nothing but stuff ups. Unable to renew via their website as it had a bug (for years) when accepting certain major credit cards. I actually had to phone them! Responsibility seemed to float between the US and England. Various issues missing. They even did the overseas mailout one month with all the address labels wrong, which took a couple of months to sort out. I eventually gave up. Maybe The Delphi Magazine is the way to go.
