If anyone out there is a gun at Delphi/DirectX development (not just familiar - an expert!) and would like a to discuss the development of a dynamic terrain engine the please e-mail me off the list. At this stage we are just trying to get a feel for what is involved and would love to discuss the project with someone who is highly competent in this area and who may be able to throw some time at it in the very near future.
