It depends if it was created on another thread.
If not, then not an issue. The fact that the window is not visible is not an
issue.

Even so it still depends on what is being done. You need to identify if
objects are talking across threads, if so then some kind of synchronisation
is required.

It appears to me that this should be using entercriticalsection for the 
RTL.  Is this true ?
