Well to be honest I have never even looked at apache. I have used IIS for years and never saw the need to deviate, i.e. I dont use Linux etc.
As to what I want to execute, as this stage, I really dont know. It couold be a good time for me to get into ASP.NET, but then you have to go thru the hole ASP.NET distribution, and thats not something I want to get into. The application needs to be easy to setup. It might be that we only offer the thin client to bigger companies with IIS or what ever installed. I mean PWS woudl be fine, and then I can just do it all in ASP pages etc.etc. but not sure what issues PWS throws up etc. Anyway, its just a thought right now.
