I have tried running the Borland Software Registration Wizard, but get
"Could not find valid Product Information"

Yes. 
You cannot copy license info from one machine to another. 
Just have to relicense. I know - I have changed machines 3 times in the
last
18 months.

I have just re-installed my machine and copied the D7 folders and reg
keys back. I am now getting this error.

Borland license information was found, but it is not valid for Delphi.
You can not run Delphi without this information.

Is there any way of solving this without a re-install of Delphi?
