Hi All,

Just a thought, I don't suppose all you guys with this problem have XP's indexing
enabled do you? It's the first thing I turn off!

Also, do any/all of you run Outlook? If so, is journaling enabled or disabled?

Regards,

Bevan

Some possible causes:

- Shortcuts to a network folder/application in the SendTo folder
- File extension associated with a program residing on another machine
(any file extension - try searching the registry)
- A dodgy Explorer shell extension installed
- Antivirus software (try disabling it temporarily)

We had this problem and it turned out to be the second issue.

Cheers,
Paul
