After reading the advertisements on new jobs, I have noticed that everyone is looking for an experienced programmer. I am currently studying computer science and I'm being unlucky to be born in a country (Yugoslavia) where the companies don't visit the universities looking for the best students. So I was wondering, with those prospects, how can I find a job as a programmer after I finish college? Is there no company who is looking for INexperienced students (formally, because I have been doing some minor projects, but never actually worked in a firm)?
