If it's CB4/5 source then no. Builder can use Delphi components, but not vice versa.

I've done it by hand in CB4 through the Windows MM API. If you're interested I'll dig out some code. Otherwise you could investigate the waveIn* APIs... waveInOpen, waveInPrepareHeader, etc. There aren't too many traps to getting it working.
